Customized or personalized items (such as custom-scented or labeled candles) are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. aatmnirbhar is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Processing

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label for quality assurance. A replacement or full refund will be issued for verified damaged or defective items after defective items are returned. A return label will not be provided to you via email.

Late or Missing Refunds
